GLOBALTECH SOLUTIONS SAGL with registered office in  6900, Lugano, Via Zurigo n. 35  (hereinafter, “GLOBALTECH SOLUTIONS SAGL”  or the  “Owner”), which can be contacted by email at  “info@digitechcircle.com“, provides this cookie policy,  with the aim of illustrating the types and purposes of cookies used by the websites of GLOBALTECH SOLUTIONS SAGL  listed below (hereinafter jointly defined, the  “Sites”, or,  with reference to the website on which you are currently browsing, the “Site”) and to explain how to manage your preferences regarding the use of cookies.

GLOBALTECH SOLUTIONS SAGL will appoint a personal data protection officer (“DPO”)  in accordance with articles 37 ss. of the European Regulation no. 679/2016 (the  “GDPR”) who can be contacted for all matters relating to the processing of personal data and the exercise of users’ rights provided for by the privacy policy and the legislation on the processing of personal data.

1) WHAT ARE COOKIES

The Sites use cookies, internet tags and similar technologies (hereinafter jointly referred to as “cookies”), which are technically small files containing packets of information sent by a web server to the visitor’s Internet browser and automatically stored by the user on the device (personal computer, tablet, mobile phone, etc.) and automatically sent back to the server at each subsequent access to the site.

ANALYTICAL COOKIES

Cookies in this category are used to collect statistical information, in aggregate or non-aggregate form, on the use of the Sites by users who access the Sites and on the way they navigate the Sites.

In addition, on the Sites of GLOBALTECH SOLUTIONS SAGL, following a search, the so-called “sponsored links” are also displayed: these are search results purchased by third-party companies that wish to promote themselves through the websites in reference to specific search keys strictly relevant to the activity they carry out.

The Site also presents cookie sharing plugins with social networks, which allow users to share their information with social networks and social network managers to identify users and store information relating to the use of the Site in their profiles. 5) HOW TO MANAGE CONSENT AND REFUSE COOKIES

The CMP allows you to give or deny consent to various types of cookies, both issued directly by GLOBALTECH SOLUTIONS SAGL  and by its partners and suppliers; this means that it is not necessary to express a preference for each individual cookie or for each third party, although the choice for each third party is still allowed directly by the CMP or in the tables above.
